We would like to establish consistency from week to week and ensure that the content and structure will encourage all instructors/members to follow a programme that will offer clarity in what standard and knowledge needs to be acquired at each level. Please refer to your instructors if you have any questions.

Please note:
- Students need to be attending more than one general class per week (on average) to meet the grading requirements.
From the web admin -
As a parent who has three children that started with our club and have progressed through to their black belts, I became consciously aware of the time given and dedication from our instructors. We all need to pause at times and remember that we are a non-profit club. Our instructors give and give; their time and experience; their knowledge; to you on a daily basis out on the mat and behind the scenes.
Acknowledging someone, showing appreciation and respect for others, saying thank you, should be part of our daily lives.
I found this interesting article: Six benefits you can derive by showing your appreciation "Please make my day by using some of 'your time' to read this article".
